Excellent experience with A-1. Had an issue with my LG Plasma TV panel. Called Jeff and he personally came out the next day. (I found him to be professional, polite, and very much un-like some of the previous reviews). He dealt with the company (the TV was still under warranty) and ordered the new panel. He suggested it would be about a week before he had the part. Sure enough, in 1 week's time, A-1 called and set up installation of the new panel for the very next day. The 2 man repair team showed up when promised (2 hour window) and completed the job. I found everyone to be professional. I definitely recommend these guys!

Had a problem with my Samsung Smart TV and Best Buy directed me to A-1 TV for repairs under my warranty/ Samsung's 1-year warranty.

Setting up an appointment was simple. First initial appointment was to diagnose my TV issue which they did in a few minutes. They ordered the new part and setup a new appointment after a week. The owner personally came to repair my TV with an assistant. They even stayed to make sure everything was working and updated on my smart TV. Great guys!

Local business, professional, punctual (i.e. ON TIME to appointments), and friendly. What more can you ask?
A good buying experience from a small business.
We had a 40" Samsung and our 4 year old cracked the screen. Needless to say, I was already flustered, but then hearing it would cost more than what I paid for the tv already, I was really upset. I am on a tight budget, but I found out they sold tvs for a good price. I came by A-1 and after 30 minutes, I bought a new 50" for the same price I paid for my 40"! Now I have a bigger tv! They walked me through how to set it up too when I asked.

We were so excited to find that t.v. repair still exists! The service was fast and friendly. Dropped the t.v. off, and received an estimate. The technician called back a couple days later to confirm price. We authorized repair, he ordered the parts and it was ready within a week. The television now works perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the experience! HIGHLY recommend!

I had a 55" Panasonic Plasma with the dreaded 7 blinking lights. When I called A-1 they had an idea what was wrong and gave me an estimate, and I agreed. Within a week, they had my set repaired and stuck to the estimate price. Honest and Prompt Service.

Our Samsung television was playing funny. Colors were scrambled and wouldn't show a crisp picture like it had. A-1 took a quick look for me and told me to buy a new television since the panel was bad. I ended up buying one of their televisions for sale and got a good deal!
My 55" LG would not turn on 7 months after I bought it. LG set up an appointment for my tv under warranty and A-1 called to set up an appointment and pre-ordered my part. Three days later they came out and repaired it, good-as-new. Thank You Victoria and Fernando.

I had an 8 year old TV. I wasn't sure if it was worth repair, so I explained I had lines on the screen. A-1 recommended that I should replace it because parts were either not available or too costly. I'm glad there is still honest people out there!

I brought in a 32" Samsung that I bought 3 months ago. It would not come on and they were able to repair it within 2 days! Only tv in my house, thanks A-1.
My 46" Sony television died during a thunderstorm. A-1 was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and had our television fixed for the quoted estimate four days later. I learned a hard lesson with my cable company, but at least it works and I had prompt service.

My only choice when I get my Sony fixed. Every three years or so my Sony's bulb goes bad. I have them on speed dial, they come out in a day or two and have it back up and running.
We had our 40" Samsung break under warranty and we had to bring it in. They helped me get it out of my car and within 4 days, I had it back.
